Abstract

General Administration (SPF&MC) Department - Proposal for change of appointing authority for certain categories of posts under the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies as per the Andhra Pradesh Public Employment (Organisation of Local Cadres and Regulation of Direct Recruitment) Order, 2025 - Amendment - Orders - Issued.

2.U.O.Note No.3358340/GAD/SPF&MC/2026, dated 30.07.2026 of the General Administration (SPF&MC) Department.
3.From the Agriculture and Cooperation Department, e-office file bearing Computer Nos. 3344026 & 3417119.

Order

In the circumstances stated by the Agriculture and Cooperation Department in the reference third read above, after careful examination of the proposal and in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O. first read above, Government have decided to change the appointing authority for certain categories of posts under the Commissioner for Cooperation and Registrar of Cooperative Societies. Accordingly, the following amendment shall be issued.

AMENDMENT

In the Annexure to G.O.Ms.No.91, General Administration (SPF&MC)

Department, dated 15.07.2026; the expression “Commissioner for Cooperation and

Registrar of Cooperative Societies” shall be substituted against the entries at

Sl.No.1, Sl.No.2 and Sl.No.3 of column-3 under item “II. Classes of civil posts

organized into Zone cadre”.

2. The Ex-officio Special Chief Secretary to Government, Agriculture and Cooperation Department shall take necessary further action in the matter accordingly.
