Order
In the circumstances reported by the Director of Excise & Prohibition, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri, and after careful consideration of the matter, Government hereby orders that:
• The Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Kakinada shall function
as the Nodal/Appointing Authority for Contiguous Zone II & Zone III in
respect of appointments to the post of Prohibition & Excise Inspector.
• The Deputy Commissioner of Prohibition & Excise, Kurnool shall function as
the Nodal/Appointing Authority for Contiguous Zone V & Zone VI in respect
of appointments to the post of Prohibition & Excise Inspector.
2. This nomination is made to ensure clarity in administrative jurisdiction, uniformity in service matters, and accountability in the appointment process for the cadre of Prohibition & Excise Inspectors across the newly reorganized contiguous zones.
3. The Director, Excise & Prohibition, Andhra Pradesh, Mangalagiri shall take further necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
